We offer a next day shipping for all orders in the United States meanwhile all international orders are shipped every Monday and Fridays. Enjoy fast, 100% discreet, secure delivery. Orders require 18+ age verification. In case you are a reseller or need bulk supply for an event, ensure to place your order early enough. In case an order is delayed due to weather, or carrier issues; we’re not responsible for these. Order early for events, as delivery times vary (8 AM-10 PM). Address changes cost $19 and may delay shipment. Trust us for quality cannabis!

Are there any addresses Mount Burnin Farms cannot ship to?

We offer different delivery options which can have your order dropped at any event, hotel across the united States. We ship to most addresses, including PO Boxes, if legally permitted.  Notify hotels/venues of incoming discreet packages. Delivery ranges from 8 AM- 6 PM; business hours may vary. What shipping methods do you use?

We are proud to use UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority Mail shipping agencies for all orders ensuring a 100% touchdown rate in the past 20 years till date. This allows us to keep costs low and packages typically arrive no later than 3 days.

Does my package require a signature or will it be left at the door?

We do not require a signature for the delivery of most of our packages. However, we always ensure the delivery agent drops your box at the secure drop location or house address you provide at checkout.

If the courier does not leave the package, you contact the courier office to arrange a pick up at the nearest shipping location that same day or wait for re-delivery the following business day. Carriers typically make three delivery attempts before the product is returned.

An estimated delivery timeframe is presented on the Track Your Order page. Please plan accordingly to be sure you receive your order on right date.

Adult Signature (21+)

Mount Burnin Farms asks that all customers purchasing  ensure that someone over the age of 21 is available to receive the package on the day of delivery. Residential deliveries are made between 8am – 6pm.  Mount Burnin Farms is not responsible for packages that require a signature but are not received  because no one is home to sign.

Once your package is in the hand of the courier, we have no control over the time of delivery. Once you receive your tracking email from us letting you know that your package has shipped, go to the below link to schedule a delivery time or a pick-up location/time that works for you, in most cases all orders are dropped at the address you provide for your order.

How can I track my order during shipping?

After you complete placing your order, our shipping software automatically emails a tracking number to the email you provided during checkout. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If it still isn’t there, reach out and we’ll get you the tracking number.

Refunds and Return

How do I return my order?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns. We kindly request that you dispose of any unwanted products responsibly.

How can I get a replacement order?

In the event that you received an incorrect or damaged order, we will process a replacement upon receiving adequate proof of a defect. Replacements are processed on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of management on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us to inquire about a refund. We ask that you speak with us before initiating any kind of dispute or chargeback. We vehemently challenge all credit card payment disputes and have a system of documentation in place sufficient enough to convince credit card providers that a dispute is not warranted. Repeated disputes are prohibited. Seriously, reach out to us first and we’ll do what we can to make everything right. (Remember, buyer’s remorse isn’t a valid reason for a refund with these products.)
